SUSAN’S RESUME
Upon my relocation, to the beautiful Ozarks in Southwest Missouri, I started my Real Estate career (1978), with Graven Realty in Seymour, Mo. Sold rural properties, including beef and dairy farms, and acquired my Certified Real Estate Appraisal designation (CREA). Family reasons led to a move to Colorado in 1983, where I opened a real estate office. Being homesick for the “Ozarks”, I moved back to Missouri and have never left again.
Later became associated with Carol Jones Realtors, the biggest and most progressive firm in SW Missouri. Worked in their Ozark office, later Nixa and finally joined husband Benny as a “team” in our Branson West office in 1999, in the heart of the Branson/Table Rock Lakes Area.
I continued to educate myself over the years and hold the following designations: Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Graduate of Realtor Institute with Commercial Emphasis (GRI), Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS), and am an Accredited Buyers Agent (ABR).
Formerly fluent in Spanish. Now having to “restore” my old abilities.
Former and Present Associations: Local, State and National Association of Realtors. Member of RS Council. Member of CIPS; specializing in Mexico and Latinos. Member of ABR. Working now with my husband, Benny, as a “Husband/Wife Team”, in the Branson/Table Rock Lake Area. We specialize in Lake Front, Lake View Properties, 1031 Tax Deferred Exchanges and Farm/Development Land.
