I relocated to Southwest Missouri and obtained my Brokers Sales Missouri Real Estate License in 1978. Originally associated with Graven Realty in Seymour, Mo. Sold rural properties including beef and dairy farms. Acquired my Certified Real Estate Appraisal designation (CREA).
Worked as a Deputy Assessor in 1981 for Reassessment Taxes for the State of Missouri. Moved to Colorado in 1983 and opened a real estate office. Being homesick for the “Ozarks”, I moved back to Missouri and have never left again.
Became associated with Carol Jones Realtors, top real estate company in Southwest Missouri. Have worked in their Ozark office, later Nixa, and finally joined husband as a “team” in our Branson West office 7 years ago in the heart of Branson and the Table Rock Lake area.
I continued to educate myself over the years and hold the following designations:
